Tight slots, less-than-friendly staff. Had to contact slot personnel to resolve dispute over payout on a machine. The "supervisor I" was like a used-car salesman and would (not "could") not present a consistent argument. Slot tech and floor were brought over. Tech would not talk to me, directing me back to the supv I. Floor decides to give me the difference.

Did not feel I received the "four-diamond" treatment.
